POLICIES

REPAIR:

A $20.00 deposit per item is required for ALL repair items PRIOR to work commencement.

MINIMUM Charge is $20.00 per item.

Standard Labor Rate is $25.00 an hour.

Speaker Repairs have priority over all other repairs.

Normally allow a minimum of 10 work days after receipt for Speaker Repairs.

Speaker Repair Warranty: Repairs to perform as specified on invoice for a period of 90 days from completion. Under NO circumstances will warranty work be done on a blistered or burnt Voice Coil. Physical abuse to the cone, surround, spider or dust cap is not covered after the product leaves the plant.

30 Day MAXIMUM storage after you have been notified that the item is ready. $20 per month storage fee after the first 30 days. 90 days after you have been first notified – items will be considered abandoned and may be sold for charges.

Allow a minimum of 45 work days after receipt for equipment repairs.

Repairs will take longer if parts must be ordered. Up to several weeks – depending on the part(s). You will be notified if this is the case.

You are responsible for shipping, handling and any other charges both ways.

All items must be paid for IN FULL prior to the release of the repaired item(s).

SALES:

All items are sold AS-IS. We try to be as descriptive as possible – however – all items are sold as is.

NO Returns or exchanges. Repairs are subject to management approval.

You are responsible for shipping, handling and any other charges.

All items sold/shipped to California are charged a 7.975% Sales Tax
